Founded in 1976, Industrias SG is a company in the field of powder metallurgy , it basically divided in the production of powdered metals , and sintered metals. 1. Sintered materials may have a porosity from very high to virtually zero, with countless applications in each case. 2. Possibilities of composite metals and non-metals, as an example: Graphite Sintered Bronze self-lubricating , among others. 3. Accuracies size and extremely high and economic way . 4. Production of high series at low costs compared with products made by another process (As an example: Machined). It can be obtained sintered metal of iron or steel (carbon or alloy) with all the advantages mentioned and capable of receiving almost all known heat and surface treatments. We mainly produces sintered metals and powdered metals . The materials used are quality certified and our products are in accordance with international technical standards and assessment certificates of our company and third parts. Our management system is according to ISO 9001:2000 Located in Peru, privileged country for its natural abundance of metals , we export our products to about 10 countries in America and Europe, both OEMs and markets of spares and/or distributors . We support our customers from the development of the idea to prototypes, samples as well as in the market development. In 1976, a new company born to compete in the metalworking sector in Peru, with a modern plant of Powder Metallurgy (P / M) and the most sophisticated plant of Heat treatment of steels. With the initial name of metal powder SA, we appear in the market in 1977 with the aim of supplying the original equipment manufacturers (OEM) and aftermarket automotive and domestic appliances, with parts manufactured by powder metallurgy (P / M). In addition, it had a modern plant of Heat treatment of steels under controlled atmosphere, with capacity of 600 kg. per charge. In 1986 the project of our metal powders plant is implemented, initiating the production of this raw material, reaching a capacity of atomised 30 tons per month, achieving self-sufficient way of copper powder and tin powder. This event allowed us to start exporting our products. Today, ISG has different production lines, powder metal parts, sintered bronze, sintered iron and steel parts, filters and mufflers, and others obtained by the technique of powder metallurgy.
